Founded in 2022, by Deang and Darryl Hanner, D&D Maritime Solutions, LLC (DDMS) was built on a guiding principle: to deliver exceptional performance, unparalleled support, and the highest standards of safety and quality across every project. We provide qualified, certified, and highly experienced mechanical engineers and technicians with decades of combined expertise aboard U.S. Navy ships—including deep specialization in LCS Freedom and Independence Class ships, from initial shipbuilding through long-term maintenance in home ports and OCONUS locations.

Our leadership brings over 33 of combined proven experience in Facilities Maintenance and shipboard services, beginning in 2009 with operations across U.S. ports and expanding into multiple ports of call globally, including:

We began with Facilities Maintenance and evolved to include Preventative Maintenance (PMAV) and Corrective Maintenance (CMAV), both CONUS and OCONUS. In 2023 alone, DDMS successfully completed 12 PMAVs OCONUS, with our trusted travel teams working aboard 9 LCS vessels.
